SharePoint Developer at Liverpool Victoria, LV= in Westbourne, UK.

My previous ventures took me to an Internet Service, Telecom and Colocation Provider called C4L / CORETX and IBM China in Shanghai. The path to China started at Flight Refuelling Limited in Wimborne, UK, where I began my career as an aerospace engineering apprentice.

I am quality focused with an inquiring mind and enjoy troubleshooting problems through to resolution. I believe in investing good time into developing staff and sharing knowledge through documentation and workshops.

I have a desire to achieve and a drive to learn new skills through applying myself to new and exciting challenges.

Career Highlights

LV=

Saving almost a million pound and getting the very first Team of the year nomination for SharePoint Services.

C4L

Working my way from 1st Line Support to Team Lead and SaleForce CRM lead administrator.

Implementing RemedyForce saving the company a 25K installation and configuration fee.

IBM China

Received compliments from our US counterparts and appreciation from local managers regarding a quality system I designed and implemented. Using Lotus Domino Designer, I designed an automated track and review quality peer review system. This replaced a word processed document which lead to higher annual quality writing figures.

Flight Refuelling Limited

Upon leaving my post in 2006 I was gratefully awarded a 1 year sabbatical. This was accompanied with the facilitation of my university education fees.

During my calibration days I took to managing how we controlled our data. This lead me to seek improved methods of data management and care. Implementing the Fluke Metrology Calibration and Inventory management system changed the face of calibration at Flight Refuelling Limited. I later designed a database to share the system’s inventory. With over 100,000 assets, and customer requests by the minute, the database reduced calibration administration efforts significantly.
